Partner and Founder of Red Dog, Marco has over 30 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, mergers, and acquisitions in several industries, including Media, IT, Outsourcing, Consulting, Telecommunications, and Health.

He was President for Brazil and Vice President for Latin America at PR Newswire; COO at Fidelity BPO Brasil; Vice President of Sales and Marketing at comDominio; Director of Strategic Planning and Marketing at Intelig Telecom; Partner at DealMaker; and General Manager at Onduline Brasil, and NMC do Brasil.

Marco began his career at the Jim Walter Corporation in Tampa. He holds a Bachelor´s in Political Science from The Ohio State University.

Grace, a partner of Red Dog, has over 30 years of experience in human resources, business management, and strategic planning. She has worked with various clients across every industry, including defense, aeronautics, energy, insurance, industrial, communications, retail/consumer packaged goods, biotechnology, services, banking, and information technology.

Before Red Dog, Grace was an owner at Grace Company Executive Search, Managing Director at Transearch Brasil, and Vice President at A.T. Kearney Executive Search.

Grace holds a post-graduation degree in Human Resources Management and Business from Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo and a bachelor’s degree from PUC in Salvador.

LISA aSHWORTH

Lisa Ashworth is an experienced CEO, non-executive director, trustee, and mentor in the media, news, financial, and MarTech sectors.

Her core skills include defining and implementing the strategic direction and change, organizational culture transformation, building dynamic leadership teams, tight operational management, and having an unbroken history of ensuring that commercial targets (profit, growth, or both) are exceeded.

After studying law, Lisa has spent 20 years working in large PLCs and, more recently, PE and VC-backed businesses.

She was actively involved in multiple successful acquisitions and disposals during that time. She also has experience driving global companies across different cultures and geographies and opening new markets via new products or geo-cloning.
